Welcome to InstantPlayable! InstantPlayable is a product of Nothing2Install SAS, a deep-tech company based in France and registered under number RCS-843699273 Marseille, with Headquarters at 3 rue Fortia, 13001 Marseille. These Terms of Use govern your use of the InstantPlayable Free Plan ("the Plan"). By accessing or using the Plan, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
Definitions:
APK: Android Package
User: Any user who creates an account on InstantPlayable.com
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using InstantPlayable's Free Plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
2. Plan Details
Access to Basic Features: Enjoy access to fundamental features of InstantPlayable.
Monthly Credits: Receive 20,000 monthly impressions for testing across AppLovin, Mintegral, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
Limited Support: Benefit from limited chat and meeting support.
Playable Ads Limit: A cap on the number of playable ads you can create.
Cloud Games Limit: Links generated for cloud gaming are subject to regional limitations and concurrent user (CCU) constraints, which may vary.
3. Asset Protection
We do not require the upload of your assets. Only the APK is uploaded to our platform for streaming.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 By uploading APK on our platform, you confirm you own the intellectual property of the game or app uploaded or have the right to process in accordance with the owner.
4.2 You don’t transfer any Intellectual Property to Nothing2install by uploading your APK and use the InstantPlayable service.
5. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
5.1 Confidentiality: While not formally a part of these terms, Nothing2install respects the confidentiality of your apps and games. Nothing2install does not share access to your account or configuration with other Users, except with formal demand from you. Only Nothing2install’s employees or subcontractors have access to User accounts and Users’ APKs to support the good functioning of the service. Each Nothing2install employee or subcontractor has signed a contract covering the confidentiality of operations and Intellectual Property.
5.2 NDA Available: We are open to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request.
6. Support
6.1 Support Availability: Support for the free plan is available.
6.2 Response Times: Please note that response times may vary.
6.3 Priority Support: For priority support, consider our paid plans.
7. Changes to Terms
Nothing2Install reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice, except for points 4 and 5.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Plan is provided "as-is" without any warranty. Use it at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nothing2Install shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Indeed, Nothing2install is open to signing dedicated contracts in accordance with the laws of other countries.
